Since growing up Will has been the guy who, as Jack Kerouac says, “never yawns or says a commonplace thing, but burns burns burns.” He rarely has an idea that fits with the box and instead of copying another’s idea he’d rather tweak it, expand it, or blow it up altogether to form something new.

In his eight years of church ministry Will has created new worship services, planned community events, connected people on the fringe with Jesus, with his marketing ideas. Will has used his passion to create by coming up with innovative ways to connect and introduce people to Jesus. Will has brought his passion for connection and innovation to the Church Web Works family after being a client for three years. He is excited that his love for connecting people and his hidden tech-nerdiness have finally collided in this new endeavor.

Will continues to minister, he does guest speaking and is currently working on an innovative community development and church planting movement. He loves spending time exploring the beautiful Northwest on a bike or hiking trail. If he is not doing that then you most likely find him on Alki Beach with his beautiful wife and daughter begging them to attend just one more Mariners game with him. Wherever you do find him you can bet he is trying to make people laugh and plotting how to change the world.
