This Christmas season, I want to take a minute and thank you for the honor of serving you. It's clear that our customers are the most treasured part of our success. In fact, at our recent company meeting we re-architected our vision to focus solely on pleasing you. Our new vision is: To deliver powerful software and exceptional service tailored to our amazing clients.

 

As I look back at 2011 I am very proud of our team as they have already been busy doing just that...delivering powerful software and exceptional service. This year we launched Version 5 and the stats indicate that churches are using this software to accomplish incredible ministry objectives. Here are some insights into our year at Church Web Works - we hope these will give you an idea of our commitment to serving you.

 

We launched v5 of our software, introducing the church to the next generation of content design systems. We opened Blast Box (our newsletter service) and Turbo Payments (our seamless payment system). These tools were designed specifically with your convenience in mind.

 

We helped churches do their business by processing millions of tithe dollars, with our partner EFT Plus, in the past year. We don't receive any portion of these transactions but remain committed to helping churches process their transactions at the most affordable terms and with an easy to use system.

 

We invested over a million dollars in our business, infrastructure and software development.This includes switching our client hosting to the cloud. If you have not switched yet, call us to switch. If you have no idea what this means... it provides huge benefits for you including larger and more powerful email management, more space and faster more reliable servers.

 

We hired new people that are focused on developing our new product lines and creating new designs for customers.

Did you know?

• Your sites are getting used! In our family of clients, we have at least one new page view every second of every day. That is amazing!

 

• You are effectively communicating! Our chuches have sent over half a million newsletters using BlastBox in the last 6 months.

 

• You guys are busy! We have over 300,000 church events in our calendar system - Wow

 

• Your churches are praying! We have had over 30,000 people click on the "I am praying” button on individual prayer requests. This is a great feature to put on your site if you have not implemented it yet.
